Management was indifferent and extremely rude when asked about ice cream ingredients in regards to a child’s severe food allergy.
If the manager was unsure, despite it being her job to have this information, there was no reason to treat a customer in this way. I witnessed her rolling her eyes at a mother who simply wanted to see if it was safe for her child to have a cup of vanilla ice cream. It was disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional.
