“They never tell you during the ordering process that there is going to be a wait. Then you get to the window, and they park you. If they made me aware, I would just order something else. This can be an issue if you're on lunch break and only have 30 min. My only other complaint is that once waiting, the fries are hit or miss on being fresh.“

“We came down from Annapolis for a day trip of sorts and needed a bite on our way back to town. This is the best burger I have had in a long minute. Crisp sear on the meat, great veg, perfect bun…will stop every time we come down, for sure. My boy had the chicken tenders and even he said they were better than every other place, and he rattled off all the usual suspects. I’m gonna be thinking about this all day. “I’m giving this location a 5 for sure but not why you would think. I placed an online pickup order and when I arrived I called the number on the sign to let them know I was outside. This amazing hostess (with a leopard/cheetah print shirt) brought out my food and asked me if I wanted her to put the bag in the car. I said that would be awesome. She then proceeded to put the bag on the front seat and buckled the seatbelt saying, “somebody may pull out in front of you or something.” I told her she was amazing! I wish I had gotten her name but either way that lady gets a 10 from me. She should write a manual on good customer service because she gave me the best customer service ever. Thank you ☺️“
