“Our family has been there many times over 3 years. In general the food is accurately made, the restaurant is clean, and the staff (managers especially) are professional and friendly. As much as McDonald’s can a hit or miss, this location is a great example of how all McDonald’s should operate.“

“It sounded like a fun place so my boyfriend and I went. But you have to only order from a scan QR code. So we asked a waitress if we could get real menus, we're old school. She was so sweet and helpful. She brought us menus, took our order, was very accommodating and friendly. You can't get much modifications though to your food, like If you dont want cheese.“

“We stopped at Reel Inn on a whim because the weather was too beautiful not to sit outside, and it ended up being our favorite meal of the trip! Tucked bayside in the Harbour Island Association complex, the vibe was lowkey with a gorgeous view. Our server Natalie was super friendly, and everything we ordered was excellent, the mozzarella sticks were classic but perfectly cooked, the Assawoman combo (scallops, shrimp, and tuna bites) was outstanding, the chicken sandwich had amazing sauce, the fries were hot, the coleslaw was delicious, and the drinks were great. Truly a wonderful night, and we’d absolutely go back.“

However the hostess acted like she would rather play on her phone then seat me because when I told her I was meeting friends she replied they are in the back and went back to her phone I walked around for several minutes looking and couldn’t find my friends so very annoyed I went back up and said just where is the back & why can’t you seat me ? Another nice girl hear me and she walked back & it was like going in a maze no wonder I couldn’t find them 🤷‍♀️ Please tell her to seat the customer 🤦‍♀️ Thanks 😊“

“Came down for a golf trip and wandered into Hammerheads Bar and Grill for a drink... The location and atmosphere were top notch... The bartenders Katie and Casey and Kirsten are the best and made our time here a joy... They are a great asset to your business... We will definitely be back.....“

“Ok! What a night! First we had to bring our brand new TV back to BJs and get a new one. Then we went to Burger King for dinner and while we were eating they had a fire and we had to evacuate!!!!!! They called 911 and fire trucks from Dagsboro are finally here. I don't know the name of the young man who is the manager but he and his crew did an AMAZING job staying calm and getting everybody out of the building! He has handled himself with the utmost maturity. AND he had to deal with a customer who was not happy because he had paid for his food but he didn't get it and he wanted a refund. I understand money may be tight but that young man had more things to worry about than that man's change from a $20 bill. Again the manager appologized repeatedly and even got his refund for him! Well done young man, well done.“

“McDonald's is McDonald's. Food is the same as usual, staff is friendly and on-point. Seem to be a little slower when not picking up an online order but that is okay. Definitely double check your bags with this store as I've driven away without sauces for nuggets and fries before.“

“The lush gardens and plethora of green grass surrounding the building is beautiful and was the perfect spot for my dog to have a stretch and stroll and for me to get my Diet Coke with lemon, no ice. The drive through people had excellent manners and gave me great service! Thank you 🙏“

“Our server was great! I think her name was Samara or something like that but she was phenomenal. She was the only server on a Friday night at dinner time, working hard to serve all her tables. Food was pretty good. We were satisfied. The only reason I give it four stars is because there was only one server. In the future I’d recommend for more workers especially for a Friday night. That way all the pressure isn’t on one server. Other than that things were great.“
