Had oysters and they were partially frozen. Pizza crust was hard as rock. Crab cakes are the best in town. Service exceptional! Would go again!Parking: Get there early as they run out of parking!

Love this second local incarnation of Shottis. Not all menu options are the same as the downtown OC location, but overall delicious. This place is spacious with ample TV screens for watching seasonal sports etc and the signature surfing is on the main screen above the bar. Looking forward to a second visit in the near future.Parking: Not enough parking for size of restaurant but there is an overflow lot next door so look for that and you should be fine.

I absolutely love the OC location and have really been wanting to try the West OC location. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They did a fantastic job with the interior renovations. The food was hit and miss with our party though. The NY Strip steak was average at best and overcooked. The marinade tastes like A1 steak sauce. Brussel sprouts, oysters and shrimp and crabcakes were all great. The tuna appetizer was dreadful and nobody liked it. We left 3/4 of it on the plate and communicated...read full review
