We just love the food and service at Rice! Food is excellent.
great food , clean, friendly atmosphere, and especially " glad you are here " treatment. Our favorite place when we are in OC. Mr. B, you are awesome...(many, many, years ago ,we first visited your restaurant when it was in the ocean plaza mall, you still provide the same great service, food & personal attention then as now ! that is a welcome legacy in today's changing world !) MUCH APPRECIATED...😋🏖️
The chicken lo mein was good and the spicy chicken Ramen. The blackened Ahi Tuna was not very flavorful and the scallops seemed under cooked. The service was great along with the atmosphere.
