We got a 10 piece signature chicken meal with two large sides and 5 biscuits. The fried chicken pieces were very small. For example, the thighs were about the size of a medium drumstick. The sides (coleslaw, mashed potatoes and biscuits) were about average for a Popeye’s. The packets of sauce were covered with dried sauce apparently from sitting in popped sauce packets, which was disgusting. This Popeyes has been quoted by a true fan as one of the best Popeyes in the world. Traveling from the south; I would have to agree!! Chicken is fresh! Store is clean and the staff is super nice!! The owner Sal is Amazing and does a wonderful job maintaining this Popeyes!!!
Went inside to simplify based on past experience. Asked for red beans and rice as my side only to discover they gave me fries. Do better!
