My daughter loves loves loves it here. I keep a prewritten note of "her sandwich" in my car and then order 1, or 2, or 3 of them (she packs them for away games for volleyball and shares with kids who forgot to pack food) They might seem pricey at first, but once you get one, you will understand. They are enormous - 2 people on a sandwich is totally reasonable. I don't know what it is, a simple ham and cheese sandwich is infinitely better here than anywhere else. Southside Grille is a tiny little sit down restaurant with big flavor. They have a small bar but pretty sure it's only beer wine. The food is excellent and all hand made right there on the grille. They often have daily specials that are not normally on the menu, such as London broil sub w au jus dip, Mahi Mahi fingers etc. They carry Boars head meats and provisions. We stopped in just as they were opening. The lady at the front counter was very busy taking walk in orders and answering the phone for take out orders. She was very efficient. We ordered 2 cheesesteak subs to go. They were superb! They were some of the best subs that we have ever had. If we lived in the area, this would be our “go to” restaurant! Great service and food!
