Third time trying this location...food has been cold each time and seems like it's been sitting all day. I gave it multiple tries but atleast across the parking lot McDonald's has hot food...
A very nice change from McD's and it's right acroos the parking lot. The fish & chips are EXCELLENT, like Capt D's or Long John Silver's. It's a NEW location for Arby's but, the service has been Top Notch the 3 times we've visited. Of course the beef sandwiches are good also. BONUS: They have Crinkle Fries!

This location = the goat. My food has ALWAYS been fresh and piping hott, the service is amazing with the staff always smiling, and I highly doubt I could find a better Arby's experience anywhere else.
