“Aight, let me put you on real quick—Glasgow Deli in Dover is straight-up hittin’. Ain’t no way you roll up in there and leave hungry, ‘cause they stack them sammies high. I’m talkin’ Philly cheesesteaks so cheesy they be drippin’, breakfast sandwiches that’ll make you wanna slap yo’ mama (respectfully), and hoagies packed like they tryna set a world record. The people up in there? Mad friendly—like, they actually act like they want you there (which, let’s be real, is rare these days). You walk in, you get hit with that old-school vibe—album covers on the wall, smells of griddled goodness in the air, and a cashier that already know somebody in yo’ family. Prices? Fair as hell. Portions? Big enough to split, but you ain’t gon’ wanna. If you leave Glasgow Deli still hungry, that’s on you, ‘cause they did their part. 10/10, certified hood classic.“

“My family and I ordered a large Bobbie and a tunafish sub the day after thanksgiving. I had forgotten how delicious this place is. Not only is it a clean establishment, but the food is well-made and has longevity. Like, my god, it was Friday when we got the sub, and I’m still eating leftovers the next day. It was that big, yes, I’d say the large, which I believe is 20 inches, can feed a grown man at least 3 times to absolute fullness. I had a bite of my godfather’s tunafish sub, and it was legit the best tunafish sandwich/sub I have ever had in my entire life. I believe the bread they use (which I have no idea what it is, but it’s like in-between soft and semi-hard) complements the tunafish perfectly. Highly recommend, anyway, and will likely return for a Bobbie or two next year if not before then!“
