“This was my very first time visiting a Jersey Mike’s, and I walked into the Dover, DE location not knowing what to expect or even where to go. The moment I stepped in, all four staff members went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service possible.

Right away, they welcomed me with smiles and playful energy. I was jokingly told I had to choose which of the four should make my sandwich. Nicollette proudly claimed she was ranked 5th in the company, so she was clearly the top pick. Zayir, Vaughn, and Jacob jumped in with fun banter, all claiming to be the best sandwich makers around. When asked who I wanted to make my sub, I said, “Well, I’ve got to stick with the lady, girl code!”

Let me tell you this team didn’t just offer great customer service; they made me feel seen, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated. And that sandwich? Absolutely off-the-hook AMAZING.

I also had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Fred, who was just as awesome and clearly leads a fantastic team.

If you’re in Dover, Delaware, and want a fresh, delicious sandwich with a side of laughter and great vibes Jersey Mike’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!

“Inside is a bit rustic and old as this place has been here for years... I really didn't mind as we were taking it to go anyway. Good thing too, as the bathrooms are closed to employees only. I proudly give this place 4 stars because the Steak & Cheese sub my daughter (Kenzie) and I split was pretty Darn Good. My family eats here almost every time we come to visit from FL and I will say for the last 20 couple years they have been very solid in that department. Each and every time the food is always good. This is a great place to snag a sub, go home with that special someone and enjoy the evening with a sub done right.“

“One of the few locations that participates in mobile offers, 3 Subs for $17.99 totally worth it! Made perfect - would I spend $10 per sub at any subway nope! $6 for a classic sandwich is fair!

“I was there Monday with my two children. The management was absolutely amazing and super helpful. She helped me with a gift card and was so patient at getting the order taken care of. She is an asset to this sub shop and is the reason we will be frequently going back. Food was of great quality, and place was clean.“
