“Yesterday our first visit included 9 family members here from Virginia and Philly to celebrate my husband's birthday. We couldn't have been more pleased. I made the reservation ahead of time and our table was set in a smaller dining room. The service was excellent, very friendly and efficient. Menu orders came out hot and accurate. Food was delicious. Everyone was pleased. What a great experience! Thank you!“

“We like local places. The Countrie Eatery is a cut above places like Bob Evan’s and IHOP but it’s not epic. Our breakfast was generally well made. The eggs were cooked properly and the home fries were excellent. Unfortunately, my wife chose the blueberry muffin as a bread and it was rock hard on the bottom. On the positive side, there are options coffee and service were excellent. We saw a blueberry waffle on our way out that I would order next. It’s a good breakfast in a nice location.“

“The ambiance is simple and typical of a family-owned restaurant, nothing fancy but comfortable. The food, however, stands out in terms of taste—and the strong Google ratings make sense after dining here.
The red curry had a pleasant, balanced spice level and was enjoyable. The fresh garden rolls were very fresh, almost like a light salad wrapped in rice paper. The Thai basil fried rice was decent, though not as memorable compared to similar dishes I’ve had at other Thai restaurants.
Overall, if you’re in Dover and looking for a reliable place for good Thai food, Bangkok Thai Cuisine is definitely worth a visit.“

“the owner is a laid back dude.. good guy. The only people that complain about him over some literally pointless and useless drama THAT THOSE PEOPLE created, not him, are the same kinda people that line up to have rights they don't care for to be taken away, while complaining and crying about other rights they care for being trampled on. the cancel culture idiots are literally the worst generation of people to have ever existed. Luigi's Pizza is awesome. no other place has cheese steaks this bomb.. my sub was packed with meat and the bun was awesome done to the last bite. The fries were on point and the amount of them, plus the fried mushrooms I got was more than anywhere else gives you and they were perfect too!“

“Now that I've spent a year in Dover, I now understand why this institution keeps bringing in good business.
The bartenders are some of the nicest people I've had the good fortune of meeting.
Their food selections are wonderful - their football Sunday specials were everything I wanted in a Sunday Sunday.
I havnt been there when its been insanely busy, but the servers, bartenders and kitchen work well together to ensure everything comes to you in a timely manner.
Honestly i enjoy coming here every time“

“Food is great!! Delivery not great. Ordered food (via Doordash) 2 consecutive nights. Both deliveries were missing 1 item from order. 😒 First order (Friday) included complimentary peice of cake 😁 & utensils/ condiments. Second order (Saturday) no utensils or condiments 😒 [no ketchup for fries 😔] Overall good though. Recommended 👍“

“I had dinner friday for my birthday. The food here is amazing. My opinion best restaurant in dover. My waiter Kenny was great very nice and attentive to our table. This my 2nd time eating here both times were great. Everything on menu was really good. This is a place you have to try. Moved here a year ago from New York this is the only restaurant here i really enjoyed. I will be coming back to eat here again and recommending it to family and friends.“

“The crab cakes were VERY BAD. Aside from that; everything was delicious. Chris was our server and she gave awesome recommendations and switched out the crab cakes as soon as we voiced concern. We had the southwest chicken Mac & cheese, a warm pretzel and the buffalo cauliflower,(that last one per Chris’s recommendation), which were incredible. Also had the spicy margarita and the spiked Arnold Palmer. We sat on the back patio which overlooks a pond. It’s nice and tranquil. The inside seemed pretty festive and lots of people were seated at the bar“

“Went for a late evening dinner. Our server Sky was there promptly, and was super friendly. We ordered our delicious dinners. There was a bit of a fry mix up that was no big deal (as long as we weren’t charged), but, Sky took total responsibility and quickly brought out the delicious waffle fries. Keep her around! Thanks for the great meal and even better service!“

“We went to Longhorn for the first time last weekend. The service was great, the restaurant was nicely decorated, booths were nice and private. The standout was definitely the food. I’m no steak connoisseur but the steak I had was the most tender and flavorful that I’ve ever had. The broccoli perfectly done and baked potato was actually baked not microwaved. Don’t let the outside of the restaurant fool you because it’s huge inside. The only bad thing was the very intense noise. It sounded like the restaurant was packed with a party but it was about 1/3 full. Maybe it was just the rambunctious groups but I couldn’t hear my companion talking and he was just across the table AND we were in a 4 foot tall booth.“

“Veronica’s is by far the best pizza in Kent County—and maybe even the entire state! In my opinion, nothing beats brick oven pizza, and Veronica’s does it right. They even have GF, vegan and vegetarian options! I’m always greeted with great energy, and you can feel the good vibes the moment you walk inside.“
