“We dined at One Coastal over the weekend. We had four people in our party and everyone ordered a different item on the menu. Food was fantastic! I enjoyed a simple pasta dish that was the most delish meal I’ve had in years. I shared with everyone at the table and everyone loved it. My husband had the pork chop and reported that it was delicious. My daughter had the scallops and said they were perfect. Her boyfriend had the flank steak and it looked terrific. But my pasta was PERFECTION!“

“Our first visit there. I had shrimp and grits that were excellent. Very original Louisiana flavor. My wife had crab cakes with a house made sauce that was awesome. Our server, Luke, was fabulous also. Will definitely be returning.“

“It took us years to finally come and try some tacos and I don’t know why it took us so long! They were delicious. The quesadilla was also awesome, as was the guacamole and fire roasted salsa. It’s a very simple menu, but what they do, they do very well! The staff (especially Patrick) were also super nice, we will be back soon!“

“I would like to thank, Harpoon Hannas's for taking outstanding care of our group, Corvette Annapolis stopped and had Lunch. We had two tables and we had 38 people. The service was outstanding, we were able to have separate checks. Harpoon Hannas's we will be back. Thank you for making it so easy for us.“

“Food: I had a 6 oz NY Strip, over easy eggs, home fries and toast for 16 bucks. I felt like that was phenomenal value. The steak was juicy and flavorful.

Service: We had a wonderful waitress and the service was fast and responsive.

Ambiance: Nothing special, but I do enjoy looking at their bakery selection.

“As someone who has vacationed to OC three times. We have never been to a higher end restaurant before and had no idea what to expect. The added 20 percent was a bit confusing but the food was delicious, the staff was amazing and it was a great experience for sure. I definitely didn't expect to spend what we did but it was a once in a lifetime experience for us and it was worth it for sure!“

“we were in town for a music festival and decided to try happy jack. the food was delicious and the service fantastic. even the kids enjoyed it and my kids are picky they asked if we could go to happy jack every time we are in town. we we again the next day and the server remembered us. remembered what we orded and the kids names. Jenny L made the girls day by remembering them and the color straws they wanted. reminded us of our favorite breakfast place at home. delicious food amazing service and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back next time we are in town“

“It’s a nice diner but they have one dumb rule. All over the country no one has to sign up for a solo seat at the counter. You walk in and you grab a seat. Not at this place. I just watched Owner kicked out a local & told him he had to wait even though there was no one waiting for the counter. Seat sat empty for 8 min. Everyone at the counter thought this was a dumb rule even the staff. Counter seats fill up you don’t need a sign in sheet for those. Such bad business. #1 because it’s a dumb rule #2 because now the local that eats there 4 times a week is now done with the diner which they will need in the off season months. “Dumb”“

“We went to the NorthEast Seafood Kitchen for a birthday dinner. Even though they were full, they worked us into a table to accommodate our crew- including two toddlers and a two-month old. We really appreciate getting seated so quickly, especially with the kids in tow. “My better half and I walked into what we thought would be a just another diner…but we were greatly surprised! I loved the laidback atmosphere, friendly staff, especially our server, Muhammad. We arrived early enough in the morning so we had plenty of seats to choose from. We shared a golden yolk, avocado toast platter and my better half add a cleansing smoothie. The platter itself was massive as it had four eggs on top of avocado and delicious sourdough bread. What a wonderful place! We definitely will be coming back here the next time we stay in Ocean City.“

“We have been going to OC every July for 7+ days for decades & happened upon The Lobster Shanty last year. We know most of the great dining spots in OC but we were so happy to have found this place!! Great food & the Quahog & Scallop Chowdah is absolutely delicious!! We came from the ferry straight to The Lobster Shanty! Our waiter Vinny was the best!! Such a nice young guy, very attentive, quick, & super helpful with our questions about crabbing! He is the best!
