I came to chipotle last night at 9pm (1 hour prior to closing time) and the manager told me they were all out of black beans and they don’t make any more after a certain time because they start cleaning shutting down the grill during the last hour. I decided not to order.
Now I visit the same location the next day at 4pm in the afternoon with my son. They’re out of fried veggies/onions. My son is vegetarian and these are a main component in his veggie bowl/burrito....read full review
I am not sure why the Middletown Chipotle operates differently than other Chipotle stores, but to have a menu item (quesadillas) that has to be ordered online vs. in the restaurant doesn’t make any sense. Other Chipotle stores do not have this requirement and based on the other feedback about the Middletown store, this poor service doesn’t seem isolated.
