Its like these people try to be dumb. They have 2 lines in the drive through but only use 1 80% of the time. They wont tell you either as you sit there. Then when you switch lanes and order, your food is always cold. Needs major improvements
Fries need improved. Rarely receive hot ones and they are always limp.
Got a 20 piece nuggets. When my daughters counted them, there was only 18. My husband placed an mobile order, then my one daughter, and I did my mobile order last. My daughter got her order last. While eating, we saw McDonald's friendly cockroach mascot roaming around with a bad kick. Only one employee was nice and pleasant, the others acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Service was S L O W.

McDonald’s received mixed feedback. One visit included a 20 piece nuggets with only 18 pieces, a mobile order mix-up, and a slow service. A friendly cockroach mascot was seen roaming around. Only one employee was nice and pleasant, while others acted like they didn't want to be bothered. Another customer got only one ketchup packet and nuggets that were a little bit chewy, though they received two barbecue sauces. A quarter pounder meal with a shake took 10 minutes, and the bathroom soap was just a container sitting out. Inside ordering is via the kiosk. However, on Christmas Day and the 26th, service was helpful and super kind. On November 3, drive-through service was amazing with sweet smiles. Another drive-through visit was friendly, and fresh fries were received exactly as asked.
