I love eating here and the staff is pretty nice and on top of their customers. Even when training one. The food is always good and comes out hot and their drinks are so good. I've not had a bad experience at chilis!Kid-friendliness: It's a pretty good place to take kids if you're wanting something different. There's a good kids menu, at least in my opinion.

I like this place, but things are going downhill. I have seen management change several times and the wait staff has become more and more unprofessional. The food portions are getting smaller and smaller and the prices keep going up. Every time I place an order for pickup, the wait time can be from 40 mts to 1.5 hours! The service was really bad. We were starving and then were forgotten about when it came time to place our order. When the food finally came out we were missing half of the order. There were at least three tables that were seated after us that received their food before we were able to place our order. Extremely frustrating. The food was good, but I won't be going back.
