We hosted a small event here and the staff(Meghan and everyone there) and food couldn’t have been better. Extremely happy with the way things turned out and would be happy to host here again in the future. Thank you all so much!

I have been going back and forth for over a month now over a gift card for an inconvenience the store was supposed to give me. I ordered for delivery and when my burger came the avocado on my burger was completely brown and old. I called the store to let them know and I was told I can come down for another burger and a gift card. I walked 20 minutes down to the store and received the new burger after an almost 30 minute wait and then gave my phone number because the worker said it would have to be an e-gift card which I was fine with. I never received the gift card and called the very next day to inform them of this. I have been calling ever since to ask what happened and when can I speak to a manager. I spoke to management 1 time about coming down just for them not to be there when I arrived. Every time I call they say the manager isn’t there there at the moment. I believe this is awful customer service and hope they can fix this management issue because their burgers and food is really good.
