Half the Arcade was broken when I last brought my son here and for a work event was the exact same. Management and Maintenance should take some time and get the arcade functional. I did not pay for the recent outing but my job did and I feel as though the Arcade problem will never be resolved
Completely disorganized. Despite having confirmed headcount and pre-ordered food, there was no record of it. Party started 15 minutes late despite arriving 15 minutes early. Bowling lane broke multiple times and we were never offered anything for it. We missed one of the events we paid for because of it. We were turned away from another event. Will never return.
Eat , bowl , Play with high energy and 50k square feet of fun. Great staff and service. Great venue for entertaining corporate events, with food Buffetts and meeting rooms. The place to be for birthday parties and activities.
