Endless Shrimps was delicious. My grandson loved it. The waiter was extremely nice
Went for Lobster Specials advertised. Ordered before 5pm and appetizer never arrived. Never got salad and when food arrived 40 minutes later the lobster and pasta were horribly dried out from being under warming lights so long. Meal was replaced and did get salad while awaiting the second meal. But service remained painfully slow. Water was never refilled during hour and a half visit. Was never even offered dessert.
We had a party of 12 that came to the restaurant this evening. our waiter was not only serving our table but was serving several other tables. His service was horrible. We had to ask at least 3 times for simple things like refills, items missing from our order, etc.
The Manager came over and did nothing. She did not offer to get our waiter help. She just said she would look into it.
And to add salt to our wound, we had to pay 20% gratuity for that horrible service.
