Surreal Creamery Reviews
Got the cake jar sampler pack for a gathering. Took about a 20 minute drive, and they were refrigerated after arrival for probably 2 hours. When we opened them, the frosting in half the jars was liquid. Like colored water. $50 and half the pack was unedible.
We love surreal and miss it now that it moved away from our area. No other ice cream place has the unique flavors and combinations of Surreal. The Earl grey Vietnamese coffee or the Matcha and Tarro flavors are the best.
Supposedly this is an ice cream store. Not entirely sure how you call it that without any ice cream. Placed an order online for pick up, everything went through fine. Drove to the store and was informed that they didn't have any ingredients to make my order and that my order was refunded. They requested my phone number to take my order. Could they not call or email or text me to say they couldn't do it before I drove up there? Dairy Queen for the win!

Surreal Creamery is a sweet spot to celebrate special occasions, offering a nice treat of creamy ice cream in mason jars. With friendly service and accommodating staff, the restaurant ensures a pleasant experience for everyone, including those with peanut allergies. The ambiance has a nice lounge feeling, though it can be a little dark. Customers have noted the massive portion sizes and the delicious flavors like Monster Cookie, Mint for you, Nom Nom Cookie, and Happy Birthday to me. The service is helpful, making it a great place for first-time visitors. Ice cream may be on the expensive side, but the huge proportions make it worth it, and sharing is encouraged.
