This is by far my favorite bubble tea place on campus! The staff is super sweet, they have this really good heart shaped strawberry jelly, and the tea is fresh. Would def recommend!

The service was meh, but the food is just delicious. The Kani onigiri had a TON of kani, and my coffee was delicious. They're the absolute cheapest here at UD, so it's worth it.

I always stop by here with my friends for a quick pick-me-up. The drinks can be a little sweet sometimes, but the shrimp tempura onigiri is my personal favorite, and the takoyaki here is second to NONE in Newark. The staff are nice, it's my favorite spot to go to for a quick bite to eat.

Bubble tea at its best- herbaceous, earthy floral and fruity altogether. Fresh tapioca pearls give a satisfying pop in the mouth.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I went in to get a bubble tea and found three gnats floating around in my drink. When I reported it they said they said there was nothing they could do. The food also looks nothing like the pictures. There are several other options that are much better on campus I would try any other place before this one.

Very tasty salmon onigiri (freshly made) and a delicious taro smoothie. Friendly and helpful service. Quickest and tastiest lunch under $10 that I've had for a long time - thank you, I will be back!

I ordered yesterday and was very disappointed. I purchased 4 bubble teas and everyone's boba had a weird texture.. It was like jello but firmer, not chewy, and really gross. Boba was the only topping I ordered so it couldn't have been one of the jellies. it made me sad because the actual tea itself was pretty good. The odd boba texture made it difficult to enjoy.

Really BAD customer service. When customer point out their food is different from what they showed, the customer service person was rude and never apologized. They told customer you should be aware of the common sense that the picture is just for reference. So it's your problem and you should suck it. Very disappointed to them and if you wanna have a enjoyable experience in restaurant, don't waste your time and money here.
