Gave this place 3 chances. Every single time they mess my order up. I order the new chicken sandwich and the only thing they did is put a slice of cheese on it. So I essentially paid more for just regular chicken sandwich. Place legit just sucks, I won’t be back.

Often gets my order wrong, not enough staff or possibly good enough staff as everything takes ages to make. Have come repeatedly to get breakfast with 20 minutes to spare to have menu change over because of long wait times.

Did drive thru order. Ordered the Loaded Nacho Chicken sandwich with pickles, this sandwich is horrible. There was very little sauce a skimpy piece of lettuce and no pickles for $9.26. I will never come to another Wendy’s. I should have known since I’m not a Wendy’s person. Never again?

Too much wait time in drive through at night ?

Please get some people who speak English. Ridiculous they always mess my order up. Then act like they don’t understand when you tell them they messed up. I don’t mean to give a hard time but I should get what I paid for. They dirty and don’t wash the hands. Just because your wearing gloves doesn’t mean you should touch everything then touch people food. Please do better. This location is going down hill fast.

I ordered my food a biggy bag and they asked me what kind of sauce did I want??? I responded sweet and sour... Got up to the window... No sauce...Asked the man for my sauce... Had an aditude gave it to me and slammed the window... Got home, no straw, no napkins and almost no sauce, burger was thrown together and sloppy.... Tried to call to speak to a manager no one answers the phone.....

Pls be careful at this Wendy's. The employees cannot read. I mean literally cannot read. I had to argue with on of them about there menu. I'm literally looking at number 5 and calling it out to them and these people did not know how to read ??‍♂️

Horrible experience. Was waiting at the counter for 15 min with no acknowledgment from the staff. Tried asking twice to be able to take my order and manger kept ignoring us. 4 other customers who were behind me also left. Do not recommend. Was annoyed enough to make this review in the parking lot ?6:30 PM - 11/12

Place is trash. Never get an order right. They don't know a hamburger from a cheeseburger. Save your money this place sucks.
