Stupendous customer service today. Young gentleman Raphael was amazing understanding my financial situation and making it easier to get one of the Wendy’s deals. His manager was also patient and allowed Raphael to take a few extra minutes to assist me. For some of us that gesture goes a long way and shows how the managers and staff are treated and like to treat their customers.Thank you!
My fries were nasty, it had no salt and my chicken nuggets were half way cooked.
The staff and services were slow, unfriendly and everyone barely even spoke a word towards us. The food was okay but how do you mess up two Frosty cups?
