I don’t know why they are having bad reviews. This place was great! The staff was so sweet! Went to get a couple of ice cream sundaes and was given huge scoops and extra cherries! This place is great and will be back again. Thanks for the awesome service May God bless you!
Went to the store with my family of 5. The employees helped 3 people in front of us promptly with their coffee. I watched the 3 employees look at my family trying to decide what flavor of ice cream we wanted. When we went to order, 1 employee looked at us and walked away. Another saw us and also walked away both turning their back on us. We waited a considerable amount of time, no acknowledgement or even a "we'll be right with you."
