“I just hosted a surprise retirement party at Torbert Street Social last weekend for my mom and the experience was 5 stars! Planning with Jessica, day of service, food, drinks, atmosphere and more all exceeded our expectations. I definitely plan on hosting our future events with Big Fish Events. I was planning everything from the San Diego, flying in only days before without seeing the venue, which had me a little anxious. But, Jessica was awesome with helping with any questions I had planning from afar and provided great suggestions. We brought in a Cake from CupKate's, photo booth from Entertaining Mirrors and custom signage for around the party and all were managed so well by the staff and Jessica. Our family and family friends were BLOWN AWAY at the location, cocktails, food and service. I had so many people mention that they can't wait to visit again. Such a cool spot! I want to give a special shout out to some staff members who were awesome and integral in helping to host this surprise party. The event Coordinator Jess Ulmer was great to work with. As a west coast wedding planner, I was made to feel at ease planning from so far away. She is the type of venue/event coordinator that I always want to work with! Event Staff, Servers and Bartenders Willie, Finn, Sophia & Roxy were so kind and accommodating with guest service and killed it with the cocktails! Executive Chef Raci Garcia did such a great job with the food! Everything was so delicious from the sushi to the tray passed apps to the set charcuteries, fruit displays and cheesesteak rolls. Thank you for everything Big Fish Events! Excited to do our next event with you already!“

“We have used Market Craft Catering for our Thanksgiving celebrations over the past several years - you cannot go wrong with their turkeys - seriously!! We host a crew of 20+ in our home and usually go with two large (carved) turkeys which makes the heavy lifting of cooking for that many much easier. This year, we added stuffing to our order and it became THE favorite. I was asked several times by different family members, "okay, who made the stuffing?" Big Fish - that's who!!“

“The coffee is good, but there are always flies at the tables. I am also disappointed with the policy (or perhaps it was just one barista's lackadaisicalness, because I don't recall that being the response on every visit) that you can't get water with your order. It's annoying as an already paying customer to have to buy a bottle to get a drink of water. And especially when I order a double espresso. I would still return because it's convenient and the coffee is good, but less enthusiastically after my last experience.“
