“We stopped in at PopCe’s on a whim while visiting the area - thank goodness it popped up on our search when the mood for ice cream struck. We are big fans of local businesses and homemade ice cream, and this was absolutely some of the best ice cream we’ve ever eaten!! The flavors run from traditional to seasonally unique. We tried the cookie dough, coconut, lemon Oreo (not to be missed!), blueberry dairy free, and butter pecan. Each one was a hit. We also had a chance to talk with the owner — he couldn’t have been any more welcoming and pleasant. You will definitely enjoy this gem.“

“This place is obviously 10/10. It has varieties of breakfast items which are really delicious. Jumbo wings are must try from here if you are going to ocean city. They are huge and best part is owner said that they are home made . Such a good place to satisfy your hunger.“

“We attended a wedding over the weekend and had the pleasure of getting to try The Blue Scoop's ice cream served out of their adorable camper. The ice cream was delicious (we tried several flavors 😊) and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!“
