“I stopped in for breakfast and got the Summer Berry Crepe, it was amazing. The food choices are so varied that I plan on visiting again this trip, which usually I don't eat at the same place on vacation but the menu is good and varied. 10/10

“Stopped in for no sugar added ice cream one day as it was mentioned on their website. They had none. I FB messaged and got quick response. They went out of their way to go to St Michaels to get some! Stopped right in and it was amazing! BTW I cannot have sugars much and this is one of very few places that offers no sugar added - another plus!“

“We were in Ocean City for the Ward World. Championship waterfowl Competition and Art Festival. we were looking for good cup of coffee and Jay's Cafe and Trading Company came up through a search on Google. Boy are we glad it did. The moment we walked in the door we were met with smiling face and a friendly hello. We stopped in all 3 mornings we were in town and received fresh, great tasting coffee. Highly recommend!“

“Went two days in a row on Wednesday and Thursday this week and it was great! I would say the best part about it was the customer service and the speed they served. They worked through a long line incredibly fast. I feel horrible I didn’t catch the girl with glasses name to get credit for her hard work, but her and Dimp (was his nickname) did a great job! They both worked the two same shifts. Super hard workers and very nice people.
I’m sure my review won’t do much for them in reality, but if management does see this I hope they get commended for it.“

“Stopped in on a nice Wednesday morning around 11 or so and instantly was greeted with a refreshing and cool atmosphere. After we decided on flavors from the many options, the lady behind the counter got to work grabbing our dots and mixing our shake. The dots were so cold they practically stuck to my tongue! (refreshingly) And the peanut butter milkshake had loads of peanut butter in it. Very good stuff, I'll be back for a slushie!“

“It is premium Hershey's ice cream, not some fancy all show no go place with tiny portions. The ice cream was creamy, lots of flavors, and you could tell what the flavor was from the taste, not just the label. Generous portions, fair price. Worth a stop“

“We fell in love with Sweet Spot on our vacation this year! We visited everyday to make sure we tried all the flavors of ice cream. My youngest loved blue goo the best. Wonderful, cheerful, caring workers. Thanks for making our summer special. Definitely a tradition for now on!“

“Ice cream was great, and the wait was not that long when we went.
The workers seemed to have a hard time understanding english, but our order came out correct, so there is no complaint there.
The outdoor area with tables is nice, and they are split apart quite well. It can noisy if people are having a conversation while practically yelling at each other, but that can happen anywhere due to people being inconsiderate of their surroundings.
The bathroom was dirty, which is to be expected at a place like this, but it was dirtier than most. There was not a paper towel dispenser either, so you will have to use an air-dryer that is part of faucet. The unsanitary part of not having paper towels is that you will have to touch the door handle after you just washed your hands. It is somewhat usual for places to do that, but that does not mean that it is sanitary.
The bathroom is the only reason for taking off a star. While that may seem unreasonable, that is likely the same place that the employees have to use and wash their hands. Touching the door handle may lead to contaminating food, which isn’t something you want to happen. I am not claiming that this happens/happened, but it is unpleasant to think about.“
