I visit BK two to three times a week. Today I had a coupon for 8 chicken nuggets with large fries. I also ordered a Whooper. My nuggets were COLD as well as my fries. Neither were warm COLD. My whooper was OK. Terribly disappointed with BK. There are other fast food in the area & I might consider a change.
If they screw up your whole entire order you'll go back to get it made right They remake it and you still don't have what you paid for. They refuse to make right or refund now filling Court papers let court decide refund. Lawyers cost more than refund.
