I had a fantastic cheesesteak with onions, peppers, and provolone cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the melted provolone with the grilled onions and peppers was the perfect combination. ​It's clear that the quality is top-notch, and the recent "Bigger, Better" initiative, which adds 25% more meat to their cheesesteaks, shows they are committed to providing great value. “I've been going to capriottis for yearssssss and they never ever disappoint. I always get a cheesesteak, a tuna sub, Italian, or the bobbie and it's always smack. Grew up eating them up north and they finally came to Dover. Always good food and always great customer service. Customer for life. So if you're looking at the menu, yes go ahead and order.
