“I was immediately drawn in by the bright pink decor inside and out, but it was the food that really sold me on this place. The menu is huge, which does make it hard to choose which delicious thing to go for. I love that they encourage sharing food as the portions are ginormous, which definitely helped me feel better about the higher price we paid for breakfast. From the simple strawberries and cream crepe my child got to the delicious Bonne Femme omelet (with a small crepe as a side!), every meal was a hit here, and I want to come back and enjoy some of their specialty drinks as they looked pretty amazing.Kid-friendliness: I appreciated that the waitress let us know about how big the portions would be ahead of time so that the two kids could share. The kids were absolutely fascinated by the beautiful restaurant.”

“Sometimes there are going to be hiccups in providing a great dining experience. We had one of these last night while dining at the Hobbit. Why a 5 star review then? The Hobbit provides an great view and wonderful atmosphere for a higher end dining experience. Luke was a fantastic waiter! Extremely attentive, engaging, and personable. The menu had some outstanding options and provided to be tasty. We ran into an issue with one of the dishes. The owner was highly engaged in resolving the situation and went beyond what we were expecting to demonstrate their commitment to providing a quality dining experience. I'll definitely be returning in the future based upon the overall normal experience that we likely would have had 999 out of 1000 times and how the Hobbit rose to the occasion on that 1 time when things did not go as expected.”

“OMG their vegan options are amazing. I honestly don't have high expectations for food at nearby beach destinations, but Lili's is 11/10 compared to any vegan place I've been to. Their vegan empanadas are delicious, and I was surprised by how fantastic their vegan pizza is. Fresh and reheated. My omnivorous friends also loved their non-vegan food and even returned to by a dozen empanadas to bring home. “The food was phenomenal, my family had the brisket cheese steak sandwich, a Cuban sandwich and a brisket platter. The greens were probably the greatest part of my meal. The Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious the crumble on top was so good!! The bbq sauces were all unique and different, great flavor! Definitely going back on our next trip! The environment was family friendly, relaxed, and laid back.”

“We were here during bike week. We had 10 people at the house and everyone had a craving for a boil. The young folks at the steamers and counter were awesome, not the typical millennials. They were professional and fun to talk with. The wait was only a short bit and off to home. Everyone said it may have been the best meal the entire trip. We have a home a few miles away and We will be back. Best Pot on the Beach!”

I'll get that again.My tablemates loved the (HH half-priced, I believe) burger as well as pronouncing the shrimp tacos to be "the best" ever eaten.My tablemate quite enjoyed the cream of crab soup. Plentiful portion, ample crab meat. (A step or two below The Narrows Restaurant on Kent Island, IMO. Plus, it was tepid.)And we all, ahem, enjoyed the Happy Hour 2-for-1 drinks which were quite generous.I look forward to returning.”

“We have gone here since 2015. We have ordered somewhat limited items off of the menu—pizza, the Mediterranean platter, etc,—but it has always been perfect. Recently we have gone a couple times post-new-ownership and everything is the same, as it should be. A great gem in Long Neck. I would absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to eat here. The quality of a place is best judged off of the obscure and lesser known items—like the various components of the Mediterranean platter—and they excel in quality, taste, and portion sizes.”

“My daughter and I went to Blue Coast Bethany as part of a girls weekend trip. It’s was absolutely FANTASTIC. The oysters were delicious and some of the freshest we’ve ever had. I had the seafood stew which had such a rich, and savory broth which highlighted the fish. My daughter had the crab cakes which were easily the best we’ve ever had. They had no fillers, all crab. Last, I cannot remember the last time we had a dinner in which the staff was not subtly nudging us to leave to turn the table over. It was a great experience, which we will not forget.”

Food was good, but nothing spectacular imo. The greens were my favorite part of the meal. Mac and cheese could have used some more flavor. “Great halal food! We tried this restaurant twice during our stay in OC. We got the mixed grill and chicken shawarma wrap. Both were very good! The wrap is well seasoned, and their white sauce is tasty. The rice is less seasoned, and the kababs were so good. Will visit again for sure!”

“Fast and courteous service, I saw some reviews about the Fish and Chips, the server recommended the other items first but then said that was a good choice too. I went with that and it was good. Except one thing, the fish was left in the fryer a tad longer than needed, both ends of the piece were overdone, as it is thinner. The middle was great but I would rather the whole piece be good. Plenty of fries, cole slaw was good too.”

Their prices are reasonable, the parlor side is clean and bright, and the amount of ice cream and toppings are very generous.
