I highly recommend avoiding the Dunking Donuts at Marsh and Wilson road! Their attention to orders has been awful! 6 consecutive times in a row our orders have been either burnt or improperly filled amongst other sporadic times! Even after conversation with the manager our orders are still wrong! I apparently haven't learned a lesson and have gone there out of hope they would get it right but after today Friday March 13th I'm done with them.They just don't care about customer...read full review
Fast, kind and coffee and food was perfect. Wished I lived nearby. Lol cheaper in de too.

This Dunkin' location has professional staff with great customer service and quick food check times, even when busy. The store is well organized and clean, and the coffee is always good. However, the doors are often dirty and not cleaned, and the parking lot is very tight and difficult to navigate, causing jams and backups. The donut selection has decreased, and the donuts taste like cheap oil. Once gift cards are gone, the reviewer plans to stop visiting.
