About Grapes Jamaican Cuisine

Grapes Jamaican Cuisine offers a variety of authentic Jamaican dishes, known for their delicious flavor. Popular meals include oxtails, curry chicken, shrimp, and breakfast dishes. Their soups and patties have also received positive reviews. Customers have praised the food, especially mentioning that the oxtail is "the bomb" and the jerk chicken wrap has "amazing" flavor with the spice just right. The restaurant's catering service is highly appreciated, with one reviewer noting that the food was very good and the staff, including Sidonia, was nice, professional, and accommodating. The prices are considered affordable, making it a good choice for parties. However, some concerns include the inconsistency of food quality, with occasional burnt or undercooked items, and a few complaints about unexpected bone fragments in orders like the jerk chicken wrap. Customer service has been described as poor at times, with issues such as delays in notifying about order changes, but many still value the friendly service and authentic Jamaican experience. The spice level in dishes like jerk chicken wrap is generally well-received, and customers often leave tips to show appreciation. Despite occasional issues, regular customers enjoy the warm, flavorful dishes and the welcoming atmosphere.

Not afraid to bring out-of-town guests here. The fish was incredibly fresh, no hint of freezer. The kitchen has a real handle on seasoning. There's live music some evenings that really fits. A place we'll keep coming back to.
