The new gal behind the counter when we did our pickup was rude and grabbed the tip cup pushed it in front of me and said tips are a appreciate! Really!!! Sounds like the me generation is taking over. The place is going down hill. As soon as the regulars find another place this Grotto's will be history! Remember this is a very small town!
Nice workers when I walk in and the Cheesesteak are good. Just on my next order will let them know that I would prefer to have my lettuce and tomatoes on top of my sub but other than that a good spot to try
Friendly staff, timely arrival of food to the table, and clean facilities! Nicole ensured we never had empty cups and was punctual throughout our dining experience. If these things are important to you, then you will absolutely have a great experience as well.
