Customer service is TRASH. Let’s start with y’all not answering the phone and repeatedly sending me to voicemail. What are y’all scared of—getting cussed out? Because honestly, I can see why now. At the end of the day, you’re still a business, so ANSWER THE PHONE. Today was my first time at this establishment. The food is delicious my red beans and rice my collard greens and my jerk chicken was on point.
