Today was my first time at this establishment. The food is delicious my red beans and rice my collard greens and my jerk chicken was on point.
Really disappointed in JTSY. Their customer service is awful. It’s always something. A mistake on your order, long hold times on the phone, missing items from your order. Why can’t the young people they hire just get the order correct the first time? The owner is rough to deal with. Terrible attitude. I was in there one time and she was going off on one of the older ladies that use to work there. Actually made her cry, she was fussing at her over the actions of another employee....read full review
