Sadie has really turned around this Wilmington store. It used to be that you never knew what you would get when you came here. Now it is totally consistent and customer satisfaction oriented. It doesn’t matter if your marketing is great or design fancy if the food isn’t up to par. It’s just a lesson that higher management needs to regularly visit their stores and order the food (before they come or anonymously( and check it regularly. It took years to get this place...
