“I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Kirkwood Highway Little Caesars location. Yesterday I went to the Maryland Ave location first, but honestly the interaction there kinda rubbed me the wrong way. As soon as I walked in I was asked if I placed an online order, and the employee immediately started talking about how she didn’t answer the phone because she was busy. I just ended up leaving and going to the Kirkwood Highway location instead.
As soon as I got there, Kristen helped me right away and was super nice. She was helping me figure out the seasonings for the crazy puffs I ordered and was really patient and helpful through the whole thing. She even offered to remake them for me. You can tell when somebody actually cares about customer service and being kind to people.
I just wanted to shout her out because little interactions like that really do matter and are needed more in this world. Thank you Kristen for being so sweet and helpful!“
