Service is great and food is delicious.
and the food is great. Excellent I get this place a five star.
This place was disappointing... Why? They are closing in November with the mall being demolished, and the food, service and atmosphere is stellar. Drinks are fantastic as well, we stopped by for a Friday lunch and we're blown away at the creative and delicious options. Would love to come back, hopefully they find a new location.

Mex A Mex is a restaurant that has received praise for its stellar food, service, and atmosphere, though it is disappointing that it is closing in November with the mall being demolished. Drinks are fantastic, and the creative and delicious options blew customers away during a Friday lunch. One waitress was described as very sweet and attentive, clearly a very hard worker and an asset to the establishment. On a Wednesday around 6:30, it was not busy at all, but the food was very good. After a doordash order issue on July 24th of 2026, when a driver apparently absconded with the food, the restaurant said they would make a new order; when they were unable to find a driver, one of their employees got in their car and drove it to the house. They went above and beyond, and the food was very authentic and delicious. They also gave a horchata/ hibiscus tea and tres leches because of the order issue. The food is not Mexican chain quality and taste, the staff is really friendly, and this has been one of the best discoveries. The taco salad was the best ever, and the atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting. The hospitality was like no other, and the food was absolutely outstanding and delicious.
