I rate it a 4 because there is room for improvement and feel it's usually a staff issue. Not everyone takes pride in everything they do. Food is tasty but when getting delivery, I would say sometimes a bit late making it not as hot as I would expect or like.
Ordered a provolone cheese steak fried onions and mushrooms. The cheese steak was definitely edible (I was really hungry) but wow was the steak was over cooked and not much fat content in the cut of steak used, which made this very bland and dry. The saving grace on the sandwich was the toppings. The roll was standard so if you like it soft you will like the bread. Love Pats. I grew up on them, specifically the one on Marrows Road in Newark. Love to see the recipe for goodness is the same between all the stores because every time I order from this location theyre so good too! Ask for Brandon specifically if you want the best made pizza too!
