First time I ever went to this place. The vibe immediately was "who are you". Finally a bald guy with a sneer on his face asked me "what did I need"... told him I was picking up my order...he asked me what I ordered and not my name...then rolled his eyes when I told him my order...he told me it would be a while...5 minutes later a different guy asked me what I ordered... I spoke to the manager after my order was burnt and I had more lettuce tomato and onion on my hoagie then meat I also ordered sweet peppers and I got like five peppers on my whole hoagie and all the Manager said was I don’t know what to tell you. I’m like that’s all you have to say ? So now they lost a loyal customer who spends a lot of money in that place because of the managers attitude!!!!!
We were very frequent customers until yesterday.We ordered 3 sandwiches that were all complete messes,My mom ordered a turkey club that had the bacon just thrown on top of the sandwich and not a drop of mayo so she pretty much had to take apart her sandwich fix it and put it back together,thats alot of work for a 10.00 sandwich.The other 2 sandwiches were less than to be desired also,I understand things happen and places are busy but the main reason we aren't returning is because...read full review
