Stopped ordering Seasons years ago, decided to give it another shot tonight, and nothing has changed, it’s still terrible. The food always arrives cold (store is in our development so it’s not far to deliver) and I’ve had frozen pizza that was WAY better.
They charged me $2.39 for water with my lunch. That is ridiculous.
I have been a regular customer of Seasons Pizza for well over 20 years and average ordering from them twice a week. Today, I placed an order through Postmates (Uber Eats ugly sister). Postmates app said that the order would be delivered by the store. I waited for an hour and didn't receive my delivery. I called the store and Seasons manager said that the order was marked by Postmates for pickup (Why would I pay a delivery charge and tip 20% on an order that I was picking up?)...read full review
