J is so nice and helpful. they deserve a raise ❤️
Asked for a grande drip, and was told by the employee that they do not have drip coffee. I then asked for a “regular” coffee. Employee’s response: “Oh yeah, we have dark roast and Pike Place”. It took another 90 seconds of follow-up questions, pointing, explaining, and bargaining to get what I thought was the company’s flagship product.You basically get the bottom of the barrel at this place.

Very slow service, no concern or care, missing 90% of the food menu. Target Starbucks are convenient but hurt the brand
