Handicapped accessible door for my fiancé in a wheelchair did not work yesterday. Also the jug of free water was empty.
Last night while visiting with my family. My cousin asked to taste an ice cream, she was told that due to Covid they didnt give samples. I noticed at the other counter a woman was given a sample. My cousin spoke to the person and she said because she was new she was told she isn't allowed to do sample. She mentioned what just transpired she stated she is a manager and can do that.
