LAB has a great variety of beverages that will cater to people of all different taste profiles and adventurousness. Owners and servers are incredibly warm and friendly people who can help you pick something out to try, whether you're a first time mead drinker or a regular looking for something new. “I tried the mozzarella as an appetizer and the Tenderloin for the meal. The mozzarella was very good. Between the peppers and topping that was a great was to start out. The Tenderloin was ok. The Gravy had a very good flavor but the meat itself i didn't think was that good. The mashed potatoes were nicely prepared and the asparagus was hot but still had a snap to them, which is just the way I like it. Add a nice bourbon to it all and it makes for a good meal. Cozy atmosphere to the place. Definitely worth checking out.“

“This ended up being a nice surprise. The service was good, food ended up being better than expected and everyone was talking up thier wings which are on special every Wednesday. I'll have to go back for those. I tried the Cranberry turkey BLT, and it was a lot more than I expected for size and flavor. Top off with some sweet potato fries.“

“It was a lovely relaxing place. I love the ambience both indoors and outdoors seating. We came for Sunday brunch , and it was a refreshing contrast to other places that were just too crowded and where servers are too busy to attend to customers properly. Servers here were very attentive and pleasant .“

“We decided to go to dinner at Firebirds. I had been once and was not impressed; however my husband had never been there. I have to say the food was good. Cooked exactly the way we wanted. The only draw back we had is the portions of food that you receive for the price that you pay. We felt like we were robbed. We don’t over eat so when I say we had small portions, we really had small portions. The dessert was even small portions for the price that you’re required to pay. The five very thin layers of lemon cake were good but the slice was very thin for $10.25. Out bill was $76.30 for two and I would have no problem if we had an appetizer and alcoholic drinks but there was none of that because we don’t drink. We each had a soda because the lemonade was too tart. The server was very pleasant and on time with everything. We tipped her well as we should have. Not sure I can return there. A little more light would be appreciated if I did return.“
