We shared a charcuterie board and something else I can remember but everything was excellent perfect place to start or end the night for us. “Truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish.

This was our first visit after hearing so many great things, and we left feeling like family. Our server, Grant, was fantastic, super attentive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. The rest of the staff made us feel just as welcome. We were originally seated inside but asked if it would be possible to move outside, and they happily accommodated us without hesitation.

Since it was our first time, we had no idea what to order. We basically rallied the staff and bombarded them with questions, and everyone was more than happy to help. We ended up trusting their recommendations, and they absolutely nailed it. We ordered the sausage & fennel pizza, the mushroom white pizza, the kale Caesar, the focaccia, and the ricotta dip. Every single thing blew us away.

The pacing of the meal was perfect. Everything came out at just the right time, so the table never felt cluttered. We definitely ordered with our eyes, but we weren’t complaining because the leftovers were just as exciting to take home.

The focaccia deserves a special mention. You can tell the bread program is something they take a lot of pride in. Their dough is absolutely dialed in. As someone who loves wood-fired pizza, it’s always a treat to get a pie that’s still sturdy and not floppy,
a difficult thing to pull off when you’re cooking pizzas in under three minutes at around 800 degrees.

One of the highlights of the night was when the chef let us try a new dish he was working on; a tomato salad with caramelized breadcrumbs. It was absolutely mind-blowing and fit seamlessly with the rest of the menu. I think it’s easy for new chefs to come in wanting to make a statement or put too much of their own ego into every dish. This wasn’t that at all. It was thoughtful, humble, and incredibly well-executed. It complemented what was already a fantastic menu instead of trying to overshadow it. You can tell there’s a real sense of collaboration in the kitchen, and it’s exciting to see that kind of synergy. They already had something special, and it feels like great things are still to come.

Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the portion sizes were perfect for me and my date.

A huge thank you to Danny, Grant and Garrett, who were absolute sweethearts, along with the rest of the team for making our first visit so memorable. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the hospitality made all the difference.

We’ll absolutely be back.“

The wait was not long as we were seated pretty quickly. The service was phenomenal the server Cel was welcoming and had me and my fiancé laughing and enjoying ourselves from the moment we were seated. Cel made several suggestions on food as well as drinks. During the visit we learned that Cel is a bartender as well and invited us to come back which we will. The Braised Short Rib was flavorful and was a rather large portion. My fiancé had the Branzino he loved it and was ready to order one to go. Will recommend this place to all of our friends and family. We will be back for the Vivian Green show in May.“

“I very rarely leave anything other than 5 star reviews. I'm leaving this one because I hope to see the place succeed and refine a bit as everywhere has room to do. These are just my opinions.

Pros: Roast pork was 🔥, bartender was very nice and engaging, music was on point (Elliot Smith and Nick Drake 👌), the bar has a classic look, and the prices are very reasonable.

Cons: Good amount of flies, bar top could've used a wipe down, a server should probably have sleeves, fries were poor, and there is almost no personal touch to the decor. It looks well painted and the fixtures are nice but it feels very generic and I prefer a little more personality in a bar/restaurant, especially one I'd like to go to regularly.“
