Arby's in Gainesville

“When I'm @ UFShands in Gainesville I have to go to this Arby's.ibdont know if there so busy that Everything is so fresh & Tasty .It's super clean and the staff are so pleasant. Willing to please & there trying hard to all work together & work as a team that it makes this a Must for me .... Best Arby's I've ever eaten in .“

“I went through the drive thru and got the Classic Roast beef combo with the crinkle cut fries and a diet Dr Pepper. The headphones or something was messed up so the one taking the order seemed like he was talking loud. The fries were very salty and the meat on the sandwich had a thick slice of meat which I disregarded. The person at the window was nice and let us know that there was something wrong with the headphones.“

“I came in to arbys with my daughters this evening on a normal weekday night. I was greeted right away and also greeted my children as well bring smiles to their faces. We ordered are food and it was fast and accurate and even brought out to our table. Robert continued to check on us to see if everything was good or we needed anything. He was also very busy up front and still had time to check on us and everyone in the lobby. I've never experienced such good customer service especially at a fast food place. He really stood out and I will for now on choose this arbys to come too. Even over mcdonalds and most fast food restaurants. Give that man a raise you don't see that everyday!“

“The atmosphere is nice but the manager made the whole experience worthwhile. Definitely should get a raise for the service I experienced today. Top notch that I will never forget . These people go above and beyond for their customers and should be rewarded for it. They made me feel at home and so welcome I forgot I was in a fast food restaurant. I was planning on getting food to go but after the service I decided to to stay and was completely blown away. 20 stars out of 5“
