“I've been here plenty of times and have had some mixed experiences. On some visits, the food is fresh, the service is friendly, and everything falls into place. On other visits, the food is stale and sad, the wait times are insane, and items are out of stock and it's disappointing. The inconsistently of this location warrants me to take off a star. It's still decent food and up to the Chipotle standard most of the time, but there are times where it falters.“

“Best staff in the world. Sam Dean has done a wonderful job with this restaurant compared to how it was several years ago. This location has very difficult customers and I commend him for the way he handles their petty issues. On-spot portioning, even with an online order. Meat perfectly cooked.“
“Depend on the time. The wait can be a little longer than expected. Place is popular. Last time, there were staffing issues. There were lots of call outs, and were only serving people who made online orders. Even if you walked in the door, you had to place your order on line.“
