“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Jimmy John's on Beach Blvd and Beachwood, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Adam greeted me warmly and patiently guided me through the menu, as I hadn't been there in a while. His friendliness and helpfulness made me feel right at home.I decided to try the Bootlegger sandwich, and I was blown away by how quickly it was made and how delicious it tasted! The ingredients were fresh, the bread was very soft, and every bite was a delight.A big shoutout to Adam and his team for providing such excellent service and for making my visit memorable. I'll definitely be returning soon! Thank you for a great experience!“

“My wife and I get a sub every other Sunday. They make a great Spicy Italian however they started offering hot subs and when my wife clicked reorder on her mobile app I ended up with a hot spicy Italian which changes the taste a bit. I called the store and they offered me a new one without any hassle at all... the employees have always been very polite and courteous and that's why I'll use this store over others (or firehouse).“

“The new BBQ ranch chicken sub was pretty good. The new premium side potato salad was a proportioned, prepackaged item. It seemed really, really sweet... Like sugary sweet I didn't finish it, it just kept building.... If you have the app and are a rewards member, they are previewing the dill pickle flavored chips, which were fantastic... As long as you like pickle flavored stuff... :-)“

I live in an apartment and asked if the delivery driver could just place at my door and do not knock as it would upset my dogs. They followed my request prefect. We will be ordering from here again. “The waiter and the cook were both very nice and accommodating to my allergies to dairy, the chicken bacon sandwich I got tasted exceptional, am usually a light eater, especially toward tomatoes or chicken because the taste being too strong would kill my appetite, but the sandwich tasted light.“

The next day, before I could even remember to call and have the charge cancelled, they had already made and delivered my order to my front door.
