“The worst service ever. At 715 pm ordered the 8 piece family pack and the employee was very rude and surly. He took our money and started to box it up and said we don’t have all the chicken for your order it will be at least ten minutes. We said ok then we asked if they could substitute the missing items with the spicy chicken. He did not answer. Just held his hand up. We waited another 15 minutes to get a whole spicy box that we paid $32 for but ordered regular. The employee never communicated with us just gave us the wrong order. It was dry and horrible. All we asked for was the two pieces that were not available to be substituted with the spicy that was already ready. Will never go back to that location. Need to hire or train better.“
“This Popeyes right here is the most friendliest and fastest that I’ve been to in Duval County. I’ve been to many other Popeyes with unpleasant experiences but this one shook my shoes off. I order just 24 biscuits and large fires for my grandma bday party and they did not disappoint. Excellent service.“

“The food and service is fantastic, better chicken than chick Fil a by a country mile. HOWEVER, corporate really needs to spend some money and have it redone, the place looks run down, I feel bad for the employees they have to work in a low quality building when Popeyes is a franchise. Also the building itself is hard to find, hard to see, and hard to pull into, overall it's a great place to eat if you don't mind the building looking poor and trying to find the entrance to the place. The staff needs a raise and a better work environment. And this is coming from a customer...“
“Yamoka ( I hope I spelled this correctly) was the epitome of the way, customer service should be. I went through the drive-through and her greeting was to absolute perfection, so from the very first second she spoke it was perfect and welcoming. I was so blown away that I parked and went inside to thank her again. She was so motivational towards her coworkers and the vibe and atmosphere felt so warm and welcoming. She is not the manager, but truly should be. She should really train others. There was a customer who came in after me whose order was not correct and they had a horrible attitude because of it and the way that she turned it around within a matter of seconds really blew me away. Popeyes, you guys are so blessed to have somebody like her on your team. I will be back just because of her.“
“I had the three-piece spicy chicken special in the family size red beans and rice the lady was really nice I've been there before they do a great job. The one on Kings road does an absolute horrible job I had tried stopping in there cuz it's on my route and I drive right by it and I've been displeased several tymes before I found this one and it's only three blocks from my route definitely worth it 😎. “Came to this Popeye's location around 6-7pm and there wasn't a line at all. Clean and new feel to the location although I know this store has been open at least 4 years. Just went to the drive thru to order combo #1 Classic Chicken Sandwich with 2 sides and large drink and a biscuit. Person who took the order was distracted and was talking to another employee which confused me because I thought she was talking to me. I didn't find it professional while taking an order that the employee was speaking to someone else. Even if the customer can't see you because they're ordering at the drive thru, your full attention should be given equally whether they're in person inside the store or outside. If it's unavoidable, you can always put yourself on mute or excuse yourself if need be. Other than the customer service, all is good.“
“My family and myself often eat at this location but many times before we go we mentally prepare ourselves for either terrible customer service or an incorrect order. Today Darriona gave the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! My wife and I was in the drive thru and talking to Darriona made us feel like we were ordering in a chick fil la line. “The service was fast and simple. Pulled up to the drive thru with my code, my order was taken, I pulled up and paid, then I got my food. Everything was fine but the gravy for the mashed potatoes was runnier than I’m accustomed to. Not badly though so I enjoyed my meal overall. Popeyes always come thru when you want something quick.“
