I genuinely wish there was a zero star option because that’s what this place genuinely deserves. I came to this location just this evening and everything was a disaster. To start off while I was ordering, the girl taking my order was the absolute rudest person I think I have ever encountered at a drive through. I pull up to the window and the two cars infront of me got pulled up to parking spots immediately after paying. I figured since I ONLY ordered 2 sides and 4 biscuits...read full review
Me sitting here waiting an hour for my food in the drive through…..about 40 minutes in they come by and ask me what I ordered. A line of people waiting for their food. I go inside twice as I am waiting to refill drinks. When I go in the staff are hanging out in the lobby playing around. Literally the WORST customer service in my life.
