Taco Bell in general is way overpriced nowadays. ? ? ? ??I feel like I'm living in Demolition Man the Movie ??I could get 10 Tacos for less than 1 now in the 90's & I understand inflation but that is astronomical inflation! Why during the pandemic especially didn't they offer .49c/.59c retro taco price on Tuesdays with a limit per person fine, 5 or 10 total per car ? or person. “Food was great service qas awesome, I had a really big order and everything was correct, the General / district Manager Gary, noticed we were from out of town and saw it was my birthday and gave me a 25 cinnamon twists for my family..I even left something at the store which would have ruin my whole birthday if i had lost them , when i went back to the store, they had put them away for me...if you are ever in Jacksonville, find this Taco Bell for the great service and awesome food..Thanks guys for your EXCELLENT customer service“
“Boy, taco bell prices have gone up. Decided to eat at this taco bell in a fairly bad part of town. Was pleasantly surprised to see that it was nice and clean inside unlike some of the others I have been to recently. You weren't forced to use theself serve order monitor at this one either. Please put the bean burrito back on the menu. There is now a bean and rice burrito, so if you're not fond of rice and have them not put it on, you have to pay extra for extra beans or it will be crazy thin. Food was good, will be eating at this one again soon.“
“Miss Candace is absolutely fabulous! Always has a smile on her face and is so cheerful and kind! I usually bring my golden retriever along for the ride and she always tells me how beautiful she is! I always do the mobile orders and my food is always fast and perfect!“
“I had two special orders that were made perfectly. Order was 100% right which rarely happens. My issue is not with the food of the service. It's the tightness of the angle to get out of the drive-thru Lane. While in the lane you cannot see the right hand curve so you can't tell when you need to cut the wheel. My advice is to follow the left hand curve because the driveway does not widen when you're pulling out like most drive-thrus. It would be nice if they at least put reflectors up tall enough that you could see them when you're pulling out of the driveway. It would be a cheap and easy solution.“

“These guys are so speedy, and their food is never messy and awful like I had gotten used to from Taco Bell before moving to Jacksonville. Their employees are friendly and I’ve never seen a bit of negativity or drama in there, which is saying a lot in a fast food restaurant. I would highly recommend them!“

“Food was delicious, but the price rangre was a little high between two adults and three kids I spent $50 no problem service was hoping nice but they weren't in bad moods either..... Parking is great, but the drive through Lane is super small and kind of tight to go through but other than that the food was great it was a okay yeah I must fear needs to be a little bit better the store was not attractive at all it wasn't drawing me to it had it would have not been for my kids I wouldn't even went but I'm glad I did“

This is the first time that I thought I was given enough cheese for my nachos. I had my usual soft tacos. I also tried the chicken quesadilla. It was horrible, the sauce was sickeningly sweet.“
