“Drove thru to get a smoothie. Detox Island Green with additives. Great Service. Efficient, Quick. My order was correct. They had no issues with my additional requests either. The proportions were right & the Smoothie was fantastic. If you order this item, you know sometimes it's hit or miss- but every time at THIS location, it's been delicious. After work 4pm-ish.“

“I've been coming to this location after issues with the other location. Excellent service, both via app and walk-in. Custom orders are always correct, and service speed is great. Detox Island Green is great for a lower sugar option (and has no added sugar, though you can always request they don't add it in the others).“

“I always go for the chicken pesto pita since is one of the only few things I can hold in my stomach. So today I went and this young man that was at the sandwich prep area made me the most delicious chicken pesto pita. God bless you young man. You are making the difference. Keep it up.“

“he Southside location is my go to and my favorite location. it is conveniently located on the way where I work and when I feel like I need a boost in the morning, this is my go to place. Employees here are always friendly and they are quick! They can get pretty busy in the morning and sometimes I will call to get my order in and have it ready by the time I get there. Ever since I have been going here I have no complaints. the place is always clean and cold in the morning and they always greet me and other customers as well. The smoothie is good too! My favorite is mocha madness and I add banana with it. They have tons of smoothies to choose from and they also have sandwich, wraps and salads! I recently tried the sausage and egg quesadilla and I was so surprised how great it was! just a tip! download their app because once in awhile they will have a great deal there. I just recently download their app, it is so user friendly and its quick!“

“I don't tip at places where I have to stand(*if I'm not seated being and served), but I do leave reviews..especially when they deliver above and beyond. The people that work at this location are amazing! Food is great, serving size is proper and smoothies are top notch.

“Best smoothie I’ve had in a while. Great customer service as well! An employee named Leann made my smoothie & was super sweet & helpful with add-in recommendations. She even made sure I left with napkins when I decided to take my smoothie to go at the last minute and I’m glad she offered me some because halfway home I got rear ended on the highway & my smoothie flew and smacked against my windshield. I will definitely be returning but will most likely finish my smoothie there next time & maybe even try one of the wraps she recommended.“

“Visited Tropical around 220-230pm on 8/29..service was great. I went into the restaurant to order and redeem some rewards points, i got to the counter and my app was acting odd but the cashier (I think she was a manager, pinkish shirt) was able to resolve my issue. She was very kind and it helped me more than she knows. The food was great. The kitchen staff was also friendly. The food was great, very well made and not skimpy on ingredients. Will definitely visit again very soon.“
