I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app, and the door dash person who picked my order up didn’t get my food. I called the store and was very upset as I couldn’t report or request a refund in the app. The manager called me back and had someone from the store run me a fresh sandwich. Management seems to have changedFor the better compared to a year or more ago. All for the better! We did an online order and but came in earlier than when the order was set but they worked on getting it done earlier which was supernice! They didn’t have to, and those folks were great. Filed a fraud complaint with my bank against this location because I went to use my debit card to pay for my transaction and I was told it was declined. It was NOT declined! So I ALSO paid cash for the transaction thinking my card was declined and embarrassed even though I had the funds in my account for the transaction.
